Poor cross-functional working practices across legal, IT and finance teams in a global manufacturer meant the time to onboard new vendors and tools effectively and securely stretched to many months. This resulted in wasted investment, lost commercial opportunities, resentment, distrust, poor morale and employee attrition. Perichora worked with the leaders and teams to surface key underlying issues, and facilitated the teams developing a new inter-group operating model.
