Lucy McGrath - Mediator and Principal Consultant
Lucy is a trained mediator, organisation consultant and AI, data ethics and privacy lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in small and large organisations. She is passionate about supporting humans and teams in a rapidly changing technical and social context. She has built and led teams in global multi-nationals across industries including NBCUniversal, BBC, Salesforce and Thermo Fisher Scientific. She serves global clients across the private and public sector. Lucy integrates her technical and analytic legal experience with a collaborative human-centred approach to supporting clients. Her facilitation enables clients to consider challenges from a systemic position - looking at structure, roles, tasks and economic context, alongside more human factors that often sit below the surface. She helps leaders and teams navigate the intersection of people, culture, structures, and technology to enable them to resolve disputes and thrive in uncertain and changing times.
