Facilitating conflict resolution and repair. I do this by providing a supportive and safe environment for individuals or teams in conflict to identify causal factors and key risks, which provides a foundation for them to co-create realistic and sustainable solutions. Perichora also offers formal workplace mediation services.

Perichora facilitated the exploration and resolution of a longstanding intra-group conflict in world-renowned faculty of prestigious university. Teaching staff split across philosophical modalities were unable to cooperate or communicate with each other, significantly impacting student outcomes and staff wellbeing.
