Helping organisations think, talk and work through complexity.
Perichora works with leaders, teams and organisations navigating conflict, change, organisational dynamics and the increasingly complex relationship between humans and technology.

About us
About Perichora
We are specialist system-psychodynamic consultants with decades of diverse experience as practitioners, leaders and facilitators across global organisations, charities, NHS and public sector.
Our work brings together distinct forms of expertise: deep understanding of complex and varied organisations, unique insight into AI, data privacy and technology systems and governance, and specialist training navigating what happens at the intersection of individuals, groups, technology, and systems.
We help clients look at how relationships, patterns of interaction and organisational and technology context shape what people are able to think, say and do. This helps clients consider their challenges in context, helps them avoid locating problems solely in individuals, and opens up more effective ways of working across the systems they work in.
Here are the key principles that inform our work:

Our capacity grows in relationship
People and groups contain multitudes. Our work is underpinned by a belief that more is possible when we strengthen relationships, broaden perspectives and create space for different ways of knowing and contributing. Difference - of experiences, identities and ways of thinking - is a resource.

We are future focused: effective conflict resolution strengthens future capacity
Conflict resolution isn't about making problems disappear. A strong capacity to address conflict strengthens relationships, deepens understanding and increases individuals' and groups' effectiveness.

We facilitate and support: clients are the experts in their context
Capacity isn't something that can be installed. It is something we help people uncover, practise and extend through relationship.

Power and authority are always in the room
We are committed to examining power and authority in groups. We attend to who decides, whose knowledge counts, who carries risk, who benefits. Different experiences, identities, ways of thinking and relating expand what a group is able to see and do.

Change will not be harmonious, but it should not be harmful
We recognise that the work will be uncomfortable, and we are committed to providing an environment of care in which to contain and work with discomfort and uncertainty.

Difference is a resource
Different experiences, identities, ways of thinking and relating expand what a group is able to see and do.
